Terms & Conditions

The following terms, conditions, and policies are established to assist in ensuring productive and professional working relationships for all parties.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT FEE

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the event date. Preferred payment is Zelle or check. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, and cash as well.

Cancellations

  • Deposit made for the event is non-refundable. Please contact me ASAP to see if rescheduling is possible.

  • There is no refund if balloons or flowers are to be delivered within 7 days.

Social Media Agreement

  • The client owns the content and gives Love Struck Designs Co. and its affiliated entities a license to use the content on related websites, email, and social media, including for promotional purposes.
